By submitting this claim, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, and that you have read and agree to the Best Price Guarantee+ Terms & Conditions.

Key Terms:

  1. Best Price Guarantee+ is available exclusively to registered Travelodge Members who were signed in to their Member account when making an eligible direct booking through the official Travelodge Hotels Asia website.
  2. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of completing the original booking and before the applicable cancellation deadline or hotel check-in time, whichever occurs first.
  3. The competing rate must be publicly available, immediately bookable, and more than 5% lower than the original booking rate after applicable Travelodge Member Cashback is taken into account. It must be an exact match for the same hotel, room type, stay dates, length of stay, number of guests, inclusions, cancellation policy, payment terms, and currency.
  4. The competing rate must be available to the general public without requiring membership, sign-in, promotional codes, or other restricted access, and must be the final price inclusive of applicable taxes, service charges, and mandatory fees.
  5. Claims are subject to independent verification. A minimum of two screenshots is required, including the rate display page and final checkout page. Screenshots do not guarantee claim approval.
  6. Approved claims receive 3× the verified price difference in Cashback, capped at USD 300 per eligible booking. Cashback is credited within 10 business days following completion of the stay and is valid for 6 months from the date it is credited.
  7. Only one claim per eligible booking is allowed. The benefit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and remains subject to the Travelodge Cashback Program terms.
  8. Travelodge Hotels Asia reserves the right to reject, reverse, or recover benefits from claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, ineligible, unverifiable, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions
