I am submitting my claim within 24 hours of making my direct booking and at least 3 days before my check-in date.

The lower rate I found is at least 5% cheaper than the rate I paid on www.travelodgehotels.asia.

The lower rate is for the exact same hotel, room type, stay dates, number of guests, room inclusions or add-ons (e.g. breakfast), cancellation policy, and payment terms.

The lower rate is displayed in the same currency and includes all applicable taxes and fees as my Travelodge website booking.

The lower rate is publicly available without requiring sign-in, membership, a promo code, or other restricted access.

The lower rate is NOT an app-exclusive, package, member-only, corporate, government, or other closed-user-group rate.

I have provided a valid URL and screenshots showing the lower rate and all relevant booking details for verification.
