7. How do I get upgraded to the next membership tier?
Members will be upgraded to the next membership status provided they maintain the membership requirement within the membership year.
a. Classic: All new members start at the Classic status upon registration in the program.
b. Silver: To achieve Silver status, members need to complete a minimum of thirty (30) qualified nights within a single membership year.
c. Gold: To achieve Gold status, members need to complete a minimum of thirty (55) qualified nights within a single membership year.
8. What benefits do I receive as a member of Travelodge Cashback?
As a Travelodge Cashback member, you can enjoy a range of valuable benefits designed to enhance your stay experience. Here are some of the key benefits based on membership tiers:

* To avail guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, members must request this benefit by emailing the respective hotel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival. The specific time of early check-in or late check-out is at the hotel’s discretion.
9. Will my membership be activated immediately upon signing up?
Yes, your Travelodge Cashback membership will be activated immediately upon completing the registration process. To ensure full activation, make sure to verify your account by clicking on the verification link sent to your registered email address. Once activated, you will receive your membership details and be eligible to start earning and enjoying the benefits of the program.
10. How can I access my online account to manage my membership?
Managing your Travelodge Cashback membership is convenient and easy. 11. If I don't stay in any of the participating Travelodge Hotels for 5 years, will my membership expire or be downgraded?
Your Travelodge Cashback membership may be subject to expiration or status downgrade if there is no activity within a span of 5 years. Here’s how it works:
a. Gold Members: If a Gold member does not complete at least fifty-five (55) qualified nights within five years from their last upgrade date, their membership will be downgraded to the tier for which they qualify based on the number of qualified nights in each tier.
b. Silver Members: If a Silver member does not complete at least thirty (30) qualified nights within five years from their last upgrade date, their membership will be downgraded to the Classic level.
c. Classic Members: If a Classic member does not earn or redeem any Travelodge Cashback credits for a continuous period of 1,825 days, their account will become inactive.

12. Can I transfer my Travelodge Cashback membership to someone else?
No, your Travelodge Cashback membership is non-transferable. The benefits and rewards associated with the program are exclusive to the member and can only be redeemed by the member themselves.
13. Can I transfer my earned Travelodge Cashback credits to another member?
Yes, your Travelodge Cashback membership is transferable. The member who transferred or received the cashback transfer will see the transaction details on the Cashback Activity under the Cashback menu.
14. How can I earn Travelodge Cashback credits?
To earn Travelodge Cashback credits, members can accumulate credits for qualifying stays at participating hotels. Here are the details:
- Commencement Date.
Members can start earning Travelodge Cashback credits for qualifying stays from either the date of registration in the program or 20th February 2023, whichever is later. Credits will not be earned for stays completed before the commencement date. - Percentages Earned.
The amount of Travelodge Cashback credits earned is based on your membership tier. The earning percentages are as follows:
- Classic Members: Earn 3% of eligible charges as Travelodge Cashback credits.
- Silver Members: Earn 4% of eligible charges as Travelodge Cashback credits.
- Gold Members: Earn 5% of eligible charges as Travelodge Cashback credits.
15. Which booking platform qualifies for earning cashback credits?
To earn Travelodge Cashback credits, bookings must be made exclusively through the official Travelodge Cashback website (https://www.travelodgehotels.asia/travelodge-cashback) or Travelodge Hotels Asia mobile app. Please note that bookings made through third-party platforms or other channels are not eligible for earning Travelodge Cashback credits.
16. What rates qualify for earning cashback credits?
a. Qualifying Rate
Travelodge Cashback credits can be earned for stays booked at qualifying rates through the official Travelodge Hotels Asia website or mobile app. These rates include Advance Purchase rates, Best Flexible rates, and other specified rates confirmed by Travelodge Hotels Asia’s reservation systems.
b. Non-Qualifying Rates
Members will not earn Travelodge Cashback credits or enjoy program benefits for stays booked under non-qualifying rates. Non-qualifying rates include hotel-provided complimentary rooms, bookings made through online travel agencies or third-party platforms, rates provided by tour operators or wholesalers, employee discounted rates, corporate and group rates (whether paid individually or under a master account). Additionally, Travelodge Cashback credits will not be earned on food and beverage purchases, parking fees, in-room dining, movies, or other incidental charges incurred during stays on non-qualifying rates.
17. Do previous bookings made through the website prior to joining Travelodge Cashback qualify for retro-crediting to my Travelodge Cashback account?
No, previous bookings made before joining the Travelodge Cashback program will not be retroactively credited to your Travelodge Cashback account. Only eligible bookings made after joining the program will earn Travelodge Cashback credits.
18. Can I earn Travelodge Cashback Credits for multiple rooms booked under my name through the Travelodge Hotels Asia website?
Yes, members can earn Travelodge Cashback credits for up to nine (9) hotel rooms booked under their name, if the following conditions are met:
- The rooms are used in conjunction with the member’s stay at the same participating hotel.
- The member’s Travelodge Cashback account number is recorded on each reservation, or the eligible charges from the multiple room reservations are referenced on the hotel room bill associated with the member’s reservation.
19. When will my earned cashback credits reflect in my account?
Travelodge Cashback credits will be credited to your membership account within seven (7) business days after you check out from the participating hotel. The credits will be awarded in U.S. dollars and rounded down to the nearest U.S. dollar, based on the rate determined by Travelodge Hotels Asia at its discretion.
20. Is there a minimum credit requirement for redeeming Travelodge Cashback credit for a booking?
No, there is no minimum credit required for you to redeem your earned Travelodge Cashback credits for your next stay at our hotel.
21. Can I choose the specific amount of Travelodge Cashback credits I want to redeem for a booking?

- Cashback Credit Value: Each Cashback Credit is equivalent to 1 U.S. dollar towards your room rate at participating hotels. If necessary, any foreign currency conversion will be handled using the rate determined by Travelodge Hotels Asia.
