Terms and Condition

  1. This Best Price Guarantee+ is strictly applicable to active Travelodge Cashback members who have active and confirmed a reservation directly through our official brand website (https://travelodgehotels.asia/). 
  2. To qualify for a claim, the lower rate found on an alternative booking platform must be an exact match to your direct booking. This includes the same: 
  • Hotel property  
  • Check-in and check-out dates 
  • Room type 
  • Number of guests (adults and children) 
  • Cancellation and modification policies 
  • Inclusions (e.g., breakfast or other amenities) 
  • Currency 
  1. The competing rate must be publicly visible and instantly bookable online. This guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, including but not limited to: corporate discounts, negotiated group rates, package deals (e.g., hotel booked with flights), opaque rates (where the hotel name is hidden until after purchase), or rates requiring a paid tier membership. 
  2. All claims are subject to independent verification by our team. The lower rate must still be available and verifiable by our agents at the time the claim is processed. While screenshots of the lower rate are required for submission, they do not guarantee claim approval if the rate cannot be independently verified. 
  3. Upon successful verification of a valid claim, you will receive double the price difference (2x) as cashback credits added to your member account within 7 days. These credits can be applied toward your next direct booking. 
  4. Only one (1) claim may be submitted per booking. Multiple submissions for the same reservation number will be automatically rejected. Approved claims lock in the finalized rate; no subsequent price matches will be applied to the same itinerary. 
  5. Approved cashback or voucher amounts will be credited to the user's account profile and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of receipt. Following the expiration date, the credit will become null and void. Cashback rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for physical currency. 
  6. Travelodge Hotels Asia reserve the right to deny any claims that are incomplete, cannot be verified, or are suspected to be fraudulent. Travelodge Hotels Asia also reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Best Price Guarantee+ program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice in our sole discretion.
